Hi, I’m Lily! 👋 A stage 4 cancer survivor, passionate foodie, and the heart behind That Health Cook. After being diagnosed with cancer (again), just 1 month before my wedding, I transformed my lifestyle and discovered the power of food that nourishes on a cellular level without sacrificing the comfort and flavour I love. I’m not going to go too much into the fight for my life yet, it is a lot to unpack, and I will write a full story on it one day. What I am going to say is how I am healthier and happier now than I have ever been.
