For the Buffalo Cauliflower
- 1 large head of cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup hot sauce low sugar, good oil
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Lemon Tahini Sauce
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- juice of 1 lemon
- water, to thin
- salt and pepper to taste
Make the Cauliflower Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add water gradually and mix until a thick batter forms. The consistency should allow it to coat the cauliflower evenly without dripping.
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring even coverage.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer, ensuring the pieces don’t touch.
Prepare the Lemon Tahini Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and smoked paprika.
Add water gradually, whisking until you reach a smooth, pourable consistency.
Serve & Enjoy!
Drizzle lemon tahini sauce over the buffalo cauliflower bites.
Serve immediately with extra tahini sauce, celery sticks, or a green salad!
