Greek Garlic Seasoning (if you cannot access pre-made)
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tspdried oregano
1/2tspdried thyme
1/4tsponion powder
1/4tspsmoked paprika
1/4tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
Spiced Herby Yogurt Dressing
1/2cupunsweetened coconut yogurt
1tbsplemon juice
1tspapple cider vinegar
1clove garlicgrated or finely minced
1/2tspdried oregano
1/2tspdried dill
1/2tspground cumin
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Prepare the Tofu
Press the firm tofu using a tofu press or by wrapping it in paper towels and placing a heavy object on top. Let it sit for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Greek garlic seasoning (or homemade blend). Toss to coat evenly.
Air-Fry the Tofu
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air-fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Make the Yogurt Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut yogurt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grated garlic, oregano, dill, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Assemble & Serve
Spread the spiced herby yogurt onto a serving plate. Top with the crispy Greek garlic tofu. Garnish with fresh herbs (optional) or a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
