Ingredients
  

Crispy Tofu

  • 400 g block firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Greek Garlic Seasoning Alternatively create your own below

Greek Garlic Seasoning (if you cannot access pre-made)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Spiced Herby Yogurt Dressing

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic grated or finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tofu

  • Press the firm tofu using a tofu press or by wrapping it in paper towels and placing a heavy object on top. Let it sit for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  • Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Greek garlic seasoning (or homemade blend). Toss to coat evenly.

Air-Fry the Tofu

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air-fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.

Make the Yogurt Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together coconut yogurt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grated garlic, oregano, dill, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Assemble & Serve

  • Spread the spiced herby yogurt onto a serving plate. Top with the crispy Greek garlic tofu. Garnish with fresh herbs (optional) or a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
