Buffalo Cauliflower with Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
For the Buffalo Cauliflower
- 1 large head of cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup hot sauce low sugar, good oil
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Lemon Tahini Sauce
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- juice of 1 lemon
- water, to thin
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F)
Make the Cauliflower Batter
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add water gradually and mix until a thick batter forms. The consistency should allow it to coat the cauliflower evenly without dripping.
Coat the Cauliflower
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring even coverage.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer, ensuring the pieces don’t touch.
Air-Fry Until Crispy
